2.15ct oval Burmese red spinel, flanked by 0.25ct of round brilliant and marquise cut diamonds in E/F colour VS clarity. The spinel is claw set in 18ct rose gold and the diamonds are claw set in platinum. The ring shank is hallmarked 18ct gold & platinum.
