Tourmaline & diamond ring in platinum & 14ct yellow gold

With a central 2.97ct pear cut sea green tourmaline from Afghanistan, flanked by a 0.31ct pair of pear cut diamonds in G colour SI clarity. The tourmaline was specially cut for Just Gems by the Paul Wild company in Idar Oberstein. The diamonds are claw set in platinum and the tourmaline clawset in 18ct yellow gold.
The 14ct yellow gold shank of the ring was provided by Fingermate Inc of Hallandale, Florida and has a hinged opening mechanism to enable better fitting. The ring is size O and has been hallmarked 14ct & platinum 950 at the Edinburgh Assay Office in 2021. The sponsor mark is JG, Just Gems.
