1ct of round brilliant cut diamonds channel set into a pretty heart shaped pendant and suspended from an 18” 9ct yellow gold chain. Diamonds are I/J colour and VS clarity. Pendant measures 24mm wide by 34mm long. The piece is secondhand but in ‘as new’ condition.
